1 C. Regular Rice
1 Bottle Italian Dressing
Vegetables as desired

Cook 1 cup regular rice according to package directions. After rice cools, pour 1 bottle of Italian dressing over it. Refrigerate over night. The next morning, add any vegetables you want - tomatoes, green onions, bell pepper, radishes, cooked frozen peas or green beans, etc... Serve cold.
